Eric and Romain’s daily presence in the vineyards allows them to observe the evolution of the vines, ensuring that every intervention is justified. Mechanical interventions replace phytosanitary products. For example, the inter-row cultivator is used to remove weeds between the vines, avoiding the use of herbicides. Only by listening to and observing living organisms can we understand a terroir and extract its purest, most sincere expression. Our wines reflect our commitment to excellence, and each bottle is the result of meticulous and passionate work.

The estate has two main types of terroir.

Gravelly slopes

Stony/sandstone soil, shallow, silty-clay-sandy, very calcareous, well-drained. Ideal terroir for producing concentrated, expressive red wines.
Grenache, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet, Marselan

Clay-limestone plain

Moderately deep, silty-clay-sandy soils, very calcareous, developed on marly limestone interbedded between marly layers and limestone banks, they are fairly resistant to drought.
Terroir suited to the production of aromatic, fresh white and rosé wines. Red wines with a fruity profile.
Chardonnay, Grenache gris, Grenache, Caladoc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah.
